WHERE DO I BEGIN?

You can choose to either make an appointment to come in and see inventory and speak in person or we can communicate via email and phone. You can browse or website or we can send you recommendations based on your event and needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR CONSULTATION

Our casa es su casa! (our home is your home) and we would love to have you in the studio!

First we will sit and chat and answer any questions you may have.

We will then take you into the warehouse where you can see some inventory.      

Depending on your preference we can guide you through the warehouse or you can browse on your own. Its totally up to you! Once you’ve taken a peek at the inventory we can chat some more. We can discuss pricing and provide a quote.

If you book your rentals and /or services at your consultation appointment you will receive 5% off your order .

WHAT FEES CAN I EXPECT ADDITIONAL TO RENTALS OR SERVICES

Delivery: Delivery Base is $200 + 1.65/mile from 91761 round trip for deliveries within 59 miles one way from 91761. If mileage ranges between 60-99 miles base starts at $250.00

100 + miles please inquire 

Will Call: Pick up and return yourself with appointment for $50.00

Travel Fee: For events beyond 60 miles one way from 91730

Styling Fee: 65.00/hour or as quoted in package

WHAT IS RENTAL MINIMUM AND WHAT IS INCLUDED IN DELIVERY?

Rental order minimum is $650 in order to qualify for delivery. Our delivery fee includes same day delivery and pick up or as quoted. Items will be delivered and placed as directed. Delivery does not include set up and styling. If no one is available to direct driver on where to place items they will be left in an area at the venue.

                                           

I'M READY TO PROCEED WITH MY ORDER, WHATS NEXT?

Once you’ve decided on rentals and / or services we will send you a proposal via email. You are able to sign agreement and pay retainer all from own computer or phone. A signed contract agreement and 50% non refundable retainer is due at the time of reservation to secure your items and date. Items on proposal are placed on a soft hold for 24 hours from date of proposal.

Total order balance must be paid in full 30 days before event date

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND CANCEL MY ORDER. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We do not offer refunds however you may transfer any amounts paid to other services or items.
